She looks so much like both mommy and daddy it's kinda scary. Beth says she's very laid back and quite the snuggler.

As you may have heard, Ohio took a pretty good beating from the remnants of Hurricane Ike on Sunday in some weather pretty unprecedented for these parts. Talked with Ruthmae and Esther yesterday (who had talked with Leo and Connie) and all are OK. Ruthmae was still waiting on power while Esther and our house (Burckle's) got our power back yesterday. Leo and Connie had power throughout. There are still millions without power here in OH and waiting to get back to normal. Did hear that Sharon Bakay and daughter Jennifer were in Mexico (and not Houston or Lafayette, LA) during Ike and now trying to find ways back into Houston at this time.
